Yes. Snoop Clearance is a tool offered for free by Drakon Productions to the creator ecosystem. No payment, no account to create. You send, your partner signs, you both receive the PDF.
The generated PDF is a reciprocal declaration of consent and rights assignment, signed by both parties. Simple electronic signature (canvas) is accepted for most common uses. For maximum legal guarantee, we recommend having the PDF validated by a lawyer or going through Adobe Sign / DocuSign afterwards. Snoop Clearance is not a law firm.
Because it's a reciprocal contract between you and your partner. You both commit symmetrically. This symmetry is what makes the document legally valid.
No deadline imposed by the tool. But as long as your partner has not signed, the PDF is not generated. You can manually follow up by WhatsApp or email.
National ID card, passport or driver's license. JPG, PNG or PDF, front and back if applicable. Maximum 5 MB per file.
First check their spam folder. If nothing is there, make a new request verifying the spelling of their email. You can also send them the link by WhatsApp or copy-paste manually.
To prevent abuse, the tool is limited to 10 requests per day per browser. If you need more, contact us.
Snoop Clearance is a free service designed by Drakon Productions SASU to help the adult content creator community formalize their collaborations in compliance with the law.
What we collect: your identity information, your ID, the collaboration details and your electronic signature. Strictly what is necessary to generate the contract and respect legal obligations (notably 18 U.S.C. § 2257 which requires age verification and ID archiving for adult content distribution).
What we do not do: we NEVER sell your data, we do not share it with any commercial, advertising or marketing third party. No use outside of the contract and legal compliance.
Retention period: IDs and signed PDFs are kept for the legally required period (typically 7 years). Contractual context data (temporarily stored with our encrypted provider) is erased 30 days after signature.
